We are thrilled to present an outstanding career opportunity for the position of "Corporate Social Responsibility Analyst" within the Roofing + Waterproofing Division of our client, a global leader in high-performance insulation and building envelope solutions.

Job Summary: 

This is a fulltime, permanent and hybrid position based in Suresnes, France and includes travels (10 to 15%).  This is an individual contributor role within the newly created Roofing + Waterproofing Division, and reporting to the Divisional Head of CSR, the Corporate Social Responsibility Analyst (CSR Analyst) is a key contributor of the two aforementioned challenges and his role aims at:

• Coordinating the environmental reporting of all Division’s entities (18 plants worldwide), analysing the data and synthesizing a consolidated reporting to the group Executive Committee
 
• Supporting the Group and Operational entities on Sustainable project deployment as the CSRD regulation deployment, decarbonization projects.

Stakeholders:
 
This position sits in a central function where there is a wide reach across all Roofing + Waterproofing’s business units, engaging with senior leaders globally, of which Plant directors and Finance Leaders and Controllers. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all KR+W's entities consistently report accurate CSR data, including environmental data, on time: analyze the quality of reported data monthly, identify discrepancies, and promptly alert local entities. Recommend and enforce corrective actions, ensuring continuous improvement in reporting accuracy over time.

• Analyze collected data and formalize monthly environmental reporting for presentation to the Division's executive committee.

• Contribute to sustainability reporting initiatives across teams, facilitating the implementation of corporate regulations and initiatives. Lead the setup and delivery of new projects, particularly in industrial sites, encompassing Energy Procurement, Energy Efficiency, Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Reduction, and initiatives focused on Waste and Water improvement.

• Prepare ad hoc presentations for business executive teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, with a specialization and/or a strong interest in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) topics, Climate Change, and Sustainability is a definite asset.

• Previous and substantial experience gained in an industrial group, particularly in Environmental, Controlling, or Manufacturing functions, would be a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in French or any additional language is a strong plus.
